Data Subject Policy
NGX N.V, a company located in Curaçao, is committed to ensuring transparency in the processing of Personal Data of users of its official website, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law No. 13,709/2018.
Therefore, it makes available, together with its Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Terms of Use, this Data Subject Rights Policy, indicating what the Holders’ Rights are and how they can be exercised in conjunction with NGX.

NGX provides official forms of contact on its website, to meet any requests in relation to data processing, as long as it is indicated which of the data subject's rights are sought to be promoted.
2 – Holder’s Rights
The Data Holder has the right to obtain, upon request, the following:
- i) confirmation of the existence of processing of your data;
- ii) access to your data;
- iii) correction of your data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
- iv) anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the LGPD;
- v) portability of your data to another service or product provider, upon express request, observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with ANPD regulations;
- vi) deletion of personal data processed with your consent, except those stored for a legally stipulated purpose;
- vii) information regarding which public private entities the controller shared their data with;
- viii) information about the possibility of not providing consent and possible consequences of refusal;
- ix) revocation of your consent
3 – Analysis of the holder’s rights requests
In view of the rights of the data subject listed above, any request made by the data subject, through the official means of contact, NGX will analyze the request, and will be accepted if it is concluded as being legitimate and in compliance with the law.
If the request is not made in accordance with the legislation, or the request is found to be lacking in legitimacy, it will be rejected, and this will be communicated to the applicant, along with the reasons for the rejection.
In certain cases, it may be necessary for the requesting user to supplement information, which will be requested in response to the request.
4 – Changes
This data policy, in order to continue to comply with legislation and preserve NGX's practice, may undergo changes, and it is the user's duty, when accessing the website, to periodically check this page to be aware of the terms.
